This isn’t just another meditation class. A soundbath is a rich, immersive journey that uses gentle sound frequencies—produced by Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other resonant instruments—to bring your mind and body into deep relaxation. All you need to do is lie down, breathe, and receive.
What Is a Soundbath?
A soundbath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in waves of sound. These tones don’t just soothe the ears—they vibrate through the body, encouraging the nervous system to shift into a deeply restful state. Unlike traditional meditation, which often requires active focus, a soundbath invites you to simply surrender and be.
Join us for a delicious night of Middle Eastern Culture. A sumptuous sharing feast will be provided by Mezze Tramore, followed by a gorgeous evening of song from Libyan/Irish singer-songwriter Farah Elle. This will be a very special and unique evening at The Coastguard Cultural Centre 😍
Tickets €50. Available from Mezze and the Coastguard Cultural Centre. Ticket price includes a sharing feast and entry to the gig. Wine and beer will be available to purchase on the night.
