I am originally from Czech Republic. Ever since when I was a young girl, I had a passion for making and creating different things. I was always fascinated by the power of nature and the simplicity of the earth elements, such as wind, sun trees, fauna, flora and what nature can offer. I work with divergent material like copper, sterling silver and Czech glass beads, which are very well known in the world.
Chadhla is a Waterford based handcrafted jewellery and metal-craft company, born from a childhood love of creating and doing, whether it was cooking, drawing, art or crafts.
Later in life, realising there was still this urge to be physically making things, and missing the hands on tactile feel that comes with handmade design, a two year art craft and design course was completed encompassing mixed media, art history, drawing, design, metal-craft, printmaking, ceramics and wood finishing.
The creativity reignited and enjoyed during this period along with a love in particular of metal and jewellery making was to be instrumental in the taking of those first steps to start Chadhla.
Chadhla works in Silver, Copper and Enamels and is influenced and inspired by elements of good design, art, history and the local environment.

Handmade fused dichroic glass jewellery and wall display art pieces.
I live in a country area surrounded by mountains, old cottages, trees and an endless array of beautiful greenery with the energetic River Suir running close by. Daily I witness the seasonal colours, light energy and mood of the natural landscape and blue skies. This environment captures my imagination and creativity. With my background as an art therapist and a designer I am inspired to recreate some of these therapeutic aspects in my glass art pieces and fused dichroic jewellery.
This concept is reflected in each piece of jewellery and glass wall art that I create which have a magnetic resonance that has an ability to bring about a feeling of peace, wellbeing and spiritual connection to the source within.

Vivienne O’Malley Ceramics
Growing up in a creative home with a woodturning father and graffiti artist brother; it was sort of inevitable that I would become interested in the artistic life and so at 17 I attended LSAD where I very quickly fell in love with pottery. In the years that followed I worked with potters across Ireland and attended Dccoi’s Ceramic Skills and Design Course in Thomastown, Kilkenny. Added to this some years of travelling and further education in international pottery techniques and design I have now set up my dream studio in Dunhill, Co. Waterford. The work I create here is inspired by our beautiful coast and local flora and fauna.

Tramore Stained Glass – Decorative Stained Glass and Driftwood
The stained glass industry has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 35 years. Stained glass lamps and windows are found almost everywhere in restaurants, offices and homes. Some can be attributed to professional studios but many more are constructed by part time hobby crafters in a home workshop.
I’m a mom of two children, and was working various jobs over my years. I started learning about glass years ago,it was hard but this was my passion to learn something new.
I love what I do. It’s like a challenge, colors -design-graphics .Trying to design something to connect with the area where I live Tramore – beach, so could be beach stones or driftwood. I love this town is my home now . Over 20 years can’t imagine living somewhere else. My work is hand made. I never copy, trying to make from my imagination, trying not to make double projects. I make windows, lanterns, suncatchers, even a kitchen cabinet door and more… depends what a client wish.
I love what I do so part of me is going to my art work .
Adele Stanley Ceramics
Adele makes a range of functional porcelain objects that are inspired by simplicity of form, clean lines, and bright colour. She strives to make useful, simple objects that people can enjoy and use everyday. The forms are slip cast using liquid porcelain, and once dried and finished, are painted with layers of coloured slips to create vivid surfaces. The coloured clay is left unglazed, enhancing its tactile quality and is contrasted with shiny glazed surfaces.
Adele works from her studio at her home in Mahon Bridge, County Waterford.
